MOMENTUM, NOT MONTHS OF MEETINGS.

From “we should try AI”
to “we’re using it.”

The 24-hour kickoff is built around one goal: help your team get productive with a focused AI workflow, fast. Start small. Learn by doing. Build from there.

01DEFINE THE WIN

Pick one
useful problem.

Choose a repeatable task, agree on what success looks like, and identify the person who will use the workflow.

02CHECK THE FOUNDATIONS

Get the
essentials ready.

Confirm accounts, licenses, hardware, access, and appropriate sample data. Agree on privacy requirements and boundaries.

03BUILD + TEST

Make it work
on a real task.

Configure the selected tools or local agent, test with a representative example, and add human review where it matters.

04HAND OVER THE KNOW-HOW

Give your team
the driver’s seat.

Walk through the workflow together. Document how to use it, check its work, and pause it when something needs attention.

THE FIRST WIN SHOULD FEEL REAL.

Think useful.
Not all-encompassing.

  • A reusable prompt workflow for first-draft customer communications.
  • A local model tested on an approved sample document.
  • An agent that organizes a selected folder, with changes reviewed first.
  • A Claude Code workflow for a small, reviewable development task.

These are possible starting points, not guaranteed deliverables. Your kickoff is scoped around your business.

GET KICKOFF-READY.

A little preparation. A better start.

What should we bring to the first conversation?

A task that takes more time than it should, the tools your team uses, and an idea of who will own the workflow. Don’t send passwords, sensitive customer information, or confidential documents with your initial inquiry.

Does a local agent require a powerful GPU?

Not always. Requirements depend on the model, task, and whether inference is local or cloud-based. We’ll assess your hardware before choosing a setup and explain performance trade-offs.

What happens after the kickoff?

You’ll have the agreed walkthrough and usage guidance for the scoped workflow. Any additional training, maintenance, or expanded integrations can be discussed separately; ongoing support is not automatically included.

Your first step doesn’t need to be big.
It just needs to be useful.

Let’s scope your first win
