THE RIGHT TOOLS. A REAL PLAN.

Less “what if.”
More “look what we did.”

Start where you are. Get hands-on support that turns AI from another thing to figure out into a useful part of your workday.

01 / MICROSOFT 365 + COPILOT

The tools you know.
A whole new gear.

Help your team get more from Microsoft 365 and Copilot, with training built around the documents, meetings, and tasks they actually work on.

  • Draft, summarize, and refine everyday business content.
  • Practice effective prompts and verify AI-generated answers.
  • Explore workflows in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams, where your license supports them.
  • Build sensible habits for business data and human review.

We’ll confirm the right accounts, licenses, and access before the session. Features vary by plan and configuration.

Make your tools work harder
02 / CLAUDE + CLAUDE CODE

A thought partner.
A building partner.

Learn to use Claude for clear writing, research synthesis, and structured thinking. For technical teams, explore Claude Code with hands-on, supervised coding workflows.

  • Turn rough ideas into useful drafts and repeatable prompts.
  • Work with appropriate business documents and context.
  • Use Claude Code to understand, build, and improve software.
  • Review outputs, changes, and permissions before taking action.

Claude services typically use cloud models. They are separate from the fully local inference option below.

03 / LOCAL MODELS + PRIVATE INFERENCE

Your AI.
On your terms.

Explore open-source LLMs running on hardware you control. Choose a model and configuration that fit your tasks, available memory, and performance needs.

  • Assess your existing computer or dedicated AI hardware.
  • Select models with suitable licensing and capabilities.
  • Configure local inference and test a real business task.
  • Review network access, logging, updates, and data handling.

Local inference can keep prompts on your hardware. Privacy still depends on configuration, connected tools, and whether cloud features are enabled. Hardware upgrades may be needed.

04 / LOCAL AGENTS + WORKFLOWS

Take a task off your list.
Keep a human in control.

Start with one repeatable process. Set up an agent to help with the routine steps, and keep meaningful decisions and sensitive actions with your team.

  • Identify a focused workflow with a clear definition of done.
  • Connect only the files and tools the task needs.
  • Use approval checkpoints for actions with real consequences.
  • Test the workflow and document how to run and stop it.

A local agent may still use cloud services. We’ll distinguish fully local inference from cloud-connected tools before setup.

Put a workflow in motion

GOOD QUESTIONS. STRAIGHT ANSWERS.

Before we get started.

Do we need to be technical?

No. Microsoft 365 and Claude training can start with everyday tasks and plain language. Claude Code and local model setup may involve more technical work; we’ll tailor the session to your team.

Can we use the hardware and software we already have?

That’s the starting point. We’ll review your existing devices, subscriptions, and requirements before recommending anything new. Local model performance depends on the model, available RAM or GPU memory, and task.

Is every AI service private and offline?

No. Microsoft 365 Copilot and Claude generally rely on cloud services. Local model inference is a separate option. We’ll review data flows and any connected tools so you understand where your information goes.

What does it cost?

Pricing is scoped to your team, the workflow, and the setup required. Send a short description of what you want to accomplish so we can discuss an appropriate engagement. Software subscriptions and hardware are separate unless specifically included in an agreement.

Which locations do you serve?

Inland Empire AI serves small and medium businesses across Riverside and San Bernardino counties and Southern California, including Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, Corona, Redlands, and Temecula. Contact John to discuss location and session format.

Not sure where to start?
That’s a perfectly good starting point.
